This page will give you recipie of Spicy fried rice.
Ingredients you need
- 200gm of Banaspati Rice.
- 250ml of water.
- 1 bowl of chopped tomato, onion.
- 4 green chilly, chopped ginger, garlic.
- 2 bowl of fresh cut vegitables.
- Spices for flavour.
Steps to cook fried rice.
- Wash rice with clean water and soaked for 15 minutes.
- Take pan and 2 spoon of cooking oil and heat it.
- Add 2 spoon of jeera and stir it then add copped onion.
- When onion become golden color add tomato, chilly, ginger, garlic cook it for 5 minutes.
- Now add rice, water, vegetablas, speices and cover the pan and let rice cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Check rice in between if cooked or not, then serve it with green mint, yogurt etc.
